Some industries, like home maintenance, seem to attract good people. Or perhaps the personal nature of the work makes craftspeople more humble and empathetic. I can't say for sure what it is, but I know that the people who work in this industry are my people! I want to empower them in their trades to make a better life for themselves and their families.
